A Treasured Bead accepts Paypal, money orders and personal checks. You may order online through a secure server. If you prefer to use a personal check or money order, you may do so by placing your order online or writing all of the required information legibly on a sheet of paper and then mailing your payment form to:

We gladly accept personal checks, however, there will be a $30 fee for all returned checks. Please know that we will not start making your items until your check arrives. Please take this into account when placing orders that need to be delivered quickly. Paying by check can delay the turn around time on your order by as much as a week or more.
Completion Time
We normally complete jewelry orders within 1-3 business days if all items are in stock. Longer if items are out of stock when we receive your order. It may take longer during the holiday season and special gift giving days (ie. Valentine's day and Mother's day). Please remember to order early. We will try to accommodate all rush orders. You may request expedited shipping methods at any time for an additional charge per the USPS.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Taking time to measure accurately and recheck your order will help insure this. We stand behind the workmanship of your bracelet or earrings 100%. We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy your personalized, custom jewelry for as long as you live.
Swarovski Crystals - as with any crystal, there is a possibility that each crystal can scratch with normal daily use or actually crack if pounded with a hammer or hit with great impact. If this is the case, a crystal can be replaced at a nominal charge and only a restringing charge would apply.
Sterling Silver Beads and Gold-filled Beads - if you continue to be careless with that same hammer that broke your Swarovski crystal, you could damage a sterling silver bead. These too can be replaced on a case by case basis for a nominal charge. Only a strand restringing charge would apply. If we do not have the exact beads in stock, the next closest bead in design and size would be used.
Shipping Method
All bracelets are wrapped in tissue or bubble wrap as a first layer of protection. They are then sent in a bubble wrap envelope to add a second layer of protection. If you have chosen a gift box, that will add a third layer of protection during shipment.
